After my first C-section in 2020, I felt disconnected from my body in a way I didn’t expect, even as a fitness professional with over a decade of experience. I quickly realized that even a university-level exercise science background didn’t address the real challenges of postpartum recovery or motherhood as a whole.
Determined to find a better way, I became double-certified in prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, with a focus on core-first strength that actually supports moms in real life.
My approach is rooted in sustainability, empowerment, and real-world functionality. I believe in short, effective workouts that fit into busy schedules and help you build strength without burnout.
I reject the pressure to “bounce back.” Instead, I focus on moving forward with confidence, consistency, and respect for what your body has carried you through.
Through my programs, I help moms reconnect with their bodies, prioritize themselves without guilt, and build lasting strength without extremes or waiting for the “perfect time” to start.
